The entire villa is rented in full (no single room or dormitories) and is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday enjoying a lunch, dinner or aperitif on the veranda or admiring the view of the vineyards and the sunset from the terrace.Espresso coffee, tea, camomile tea, beer and snacks are available free of charge for guests! In addition to being newly built, the structure is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, 55-inch TV, dish-washer, induction hob, large fridge, and a veranda to enjoy an open-air lunch or dinner!The structure is also located 100 m from the urban bus stop and the extra-urban bus for Palermo, the train station is 350 m away, and a supermarket, a pharmacy and a tobacconist are 100 m away. On foot in 10 min. approximately you reach the sea in the splendid Stagnone lagoon. The trapani-marsala airport is away 8km,the major palermo airport is at 80 km. Before booking it is always advisable to call or send a whatsapp message to check the actual availability.
The structure is managed by Marco, always present to solve every possible request. Ready to indicate and advise guests on the ideal place to eat, kite, hike or simply enjoy an aperitif.
The structure is located in an ideal point for every tourist, halfway between the city center and the Trapani-Marsala airport, in the heart of the Stagnone lagoon, 500 m from the sea, near the splendid salt pans, and the landing stage for the island of Mothia. In the area there are also many places on the shores of the lagoon where you can admire breathtaking sunsets over an aperitif. And many kite schools where you can practice kite and other water sports.
