The apartment is at ground floor and is comprised of an open living/dining space which has a small but well equipped kitchen (fridge, electric oven, kettle and induction burners). Living room has TV and 2 pull out couch. Dining space has a classic wood table with 6 chairs. Basic washroom with shower, toilet and sink. Double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers for clothing. No air conditioning. Fan provided during summer months. The house is still very fresh. You get a parking space inside the residence, 2 loungers in the terrace overlooking the sea, private access to the sea and a tasty welcome surprise! To the residence take the stone road that is on the left of the Pozzillo marina. The road ends at the entrance to the residence, is therefore accessible only to residents. This makes the place not frequented by strangers, low noise, suitable for quiet and relax. Pets are welcome! The linen will be changed once a week and, along with the final cleaning, is included in the price.
