Just 50 metres from its private beach, eco-friendly Recidence Intur offers free WiFi and apartments with a private entrance and sea-view terrace. Surrounded by a Mediterranean park, apartments are a 10-minute walk from the centre of Marciana Marina on the Elba Island. Apartments at the Recidence Intur are set in independent, stone-walled houses. Each features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area with kitchenette and a bathroom with hairdryer. I like beautiful things. Our residence is a dream, the location is beautiful, that's why I like to work there. I like to practice sports: sailing, boat trips, kayaks, jet skis. I take pleasure in the maintenance of the residence and the park.

The residence is located directly on the sea with two beaches, one of which is private and equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, kayaks, sup and trampoline. The property is surrounded by a large Mediterranean park full of plants of various species and has a private internal parking. In addition, the residence is energetically autonomous with a photovoltaic shelter that also acts as a cover for the parking lot. Ozone sterilization is carried out before the apartment is handed over. Pets are welcome. They can access all areas of the structure and the equipped beach and swim on the free beach. Bowls and mats available. May incur an additional charge.

The property is located one kilometer from the characteristic village of Marciana Marina. You can reach the village in 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.
