The lovely Residence is located in the hamlet of Tanaunella at Sos Alinos, close to the main services and only 1,500 metres from the beautiful beach of Baia Sant'Anna. The flats, with their own entrance, are located inside the main building, which has a beautiful swimming pool, or outside in the immediate vicinity. The flats are finely and tastefully furnished and are located on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with balcony, equipped with table and chairs. They are also equipped with: TV, oven, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board (on request), hairdryer, air conditioning, and a sun umbrella. Residence services: reception (09.00-13.00 and 17.00-20.00), unattended outdoor parking, swimming pool with wi-fi area, communal barbecue, communal washing machine, bicycles (subject to availability with deposit), children's playground, five-a-side football pitch, bar and restaurant with external management (opening not guaranteed) THE PRICE INCLUDES: electricity, water, gas, towels and bed linen (change every 7 days), final cleaning (except kitchenette cleaning, which must be cleaned by the client before check-out), air conditioning, communal washing machine and barbecue, use of bicycles subject to availability.
