The house is located in the beautiful and quiete town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio) and contains of 2 different apartments On ground floor is the Gioiello di Sassi, mainly held in the typical stone walls with wooden optic tiles on the floor. This apartment is ca. 90 sqm, but has no balcony. On first floor is a smaller apartmen (ca. 55sqm) with balcony and realy nice lake view. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house. So if you are not in good shape anymore, it might be difficult to reach (with big luggage). Down to the lake (with restaurants and ferry stop) it is a ca. 15 minutes walk, but there is a restaurant, little supermarket and a pharmacy also in the real italian neighbourhood. For hiking it is perfect, because you can walk directly from the house over to Cernobbio o Laglio (linea verde).
