Dating back to the 18th century, Podere Mezzastrada - Place of Charme is set on a hill in the Chianti wine area 1 km outside Fiano. Surrounded by vineyards, it offers Tuscan-style apartments, each with a patio and BBQ. Podere Mezzastrada - Place of Charme is composed of 4 different buildings, all set in gardens. The swimming pool has plenty of sun loungers and parasols and has panoramic views of San Gimignano and Certaldo. Each apartment features attractive original features such as wood-beamed ceilings. All with a private entrance, they also feature a comfortable seating area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Some have a fireplace or dishwasher. Guests have free parking and a free Wi-Fi area. The property is just north of I Roveri Golf Club and Florence is 30 km away.
