The living room, characterized by an original 17th-century terracotta, is the right environment to enjoy a generous continental breakfast, overlooking a floral master garden.

Palazzo Rivola is located in a relaxing and silent environment in the heart of the upper town, a few meters (50m) from the main square of the upper town, Piazza Vecchia. Bergamo Alta (also known as the Upper City or, in the past, the city, as opposed to the villages) is a medieval city, surrounded by ramparts built in the 16th century, during the Venetian domination, which was added to the pre-existing fortifications.
