An original palazzo — one of the oldest in the city.
Steeped in art and layered with history, this 15th-century structure offers more than just a place to stay: it offers the rare experience of inhabiting a living museum. Every wall, every corner tells a story.
Each guest is invited not only to reside as a local, but to fully immerse themselves in the cultural spirit of the building — surrounded by timeless architecture, curated details, and a quiet reverence for the past.
Stays can be fully customized according to your needs or intentions, whether for rest, inspiration, or focused artistic work.
This is not hospitality in the traditional sense — it is a cultural offering, rooted in presence, beauty, and care.
Welcome to Venice.
We are pleased to welcome you to this 15th-century palazzo, located in the heart of the city’s most authentic quarter. Please note: this is not a tourist accommodation. We are part of an Art Club, driven by a non-profit Art Foundation committed to contemporary creation and cultural exchange.
By choosing to stay here, you agree to become a Temporary Member of the Club — joining a living project where hospitality serves a broader cultural purpose.
The proceeds from your stay are entirely reinvested into the Foundation’s artistic programme: supporting emerging artists, international residencies, educational actions, and site-specific projects across Europe and Latin America.
We thank you for contributing to this independent ecosystem, where each guest becomes part of something larger — a shared commitment to the future of the arts.

Campo Santa Maria Formosa is one of the most fascinating and authentic places in Venice.
Located in the Castello district, just a few steps from San Marco yet far from the most touristy crowds, this square is one of the largest and liveliest in the city. The 15th-century palazzo where you are staying opens directly onto this vibrant campo — a place rich in history and steeped in the atmosphere of everyday Venetian life.
Guests particularly appreciate the calm and authenticity of the neighborhood, which allows for a true immersion into the real Venice. Here you’ll find historic workshops, outdoor cafés, and restaurants frequented by locals.
From a cultural perspective, you’re surrounded by wonders: right next door is the Church of Santa Maria Formosa, with its two façades and works by Palma il Vecchio. In under five minutes you can reach Palazzo Grimani, a refined example of Renaissance architecture and now a museum. Also nearby are the Scuola di San Giorgio degli Schiavoni, home to masterpieces by Carpaccio, and the Querini Stampalia Foundation, a unique space where ancient and contemporary art coexist.
The area is well served and easily accessible, whether arriving by vaporetto from Rialto or San Zaccaria, or by private boat. But the true privilege lies in wandering on foot — through quiet calli, hidden courtyards, and canal views that seem to emerge from a painting.
Those who choose to stay here deeply value the timeless beauty of the area and the feeling of living in an intimate, authentic corner of the city, all while remaining just moments from Venice’s major landmarks.
