A characteristic and ancient farmhouse set on a hill and immersed in the silvery foliage of olive trees which create an enchanting and peaceful atmosphere. In the large garden, only a few metres from the house, there is a beautiful swimming pool (5 x 10 m., depth 0,90-1,80 m.) where children can play in absolute tranquility and adults relax in the sun, admiring the beautiful view of the below valley. The garden area, shaded by old trees and olive trees, is completely fenced and equipped with garden furniture, a small tree house for children, a wood burning oven and a barbecue. GROUND FLOOR : By the pool, bathroom with shower and laundry FIRST FLOOR: access via external stone staircase, large sitting-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR: access via wooden staircase, composed of two single bedrooms, a twin bedroom (beds are joinable) and a bathroom with bath. HEATING ON PAYMENT (ON CONSUMPTION).

Situated between Arezzo and Castiglion Fiorentino it offers uncountable opportunities for visiting museums, monuments or simply for going shopping in the surrounding town centres. The Arezzo Equestrian Centre is placed only 4 km away from the villa ant it hosts important and international events all the year-long. Arezzo, only a few km far, offers shops and services and is a recommended destination to visit important museums, works of art or to attend to folk events such as the Joust of the Saracen. Every first Sunday of the month you can take exciting walks around the Antiques Fair stands, searching for precious objects. Arezzo it is one of the oldest cities in Tuscany and stands where the four valleys of the province meet: the ValdiChiana, Valdarno, Valtiberina and Casentino. Amongst the most important works are the Romanesque "Pieve" with its tower with a hundred holes, the cathedral with its stained glass windows by Guglielmo di Marcillat, the basilica of San Francesco with its precious works by Piero della Francesca, the Gothic church of San Domenico with its crucifix by Cimabue.
