Furnished with taste and attention to detail, this comfortable and functional apartment features a spacious private garden, equipped for your relaxation or enjoying your meals in complete privacy. The large windows also make this apartment particularly bright and airy. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a comfortable double bedroom, a living area consisting of a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen - induction hob, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, etc., and a bathroom with a shower. You will also find a flat-screen TV and free wi-fi. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but you can use fans to cool the rooms. The apartment is located on the ground floor and once you have parked your car just a few steps will be enough to access it. In the area in front of the property's entrance, there are both free parking spaces - disc parking, and paid parking spaces.
