This loft is ideal for singles, couples or friends. On the ground floor, there are the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and a balcony. The kitchen offers a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and large fridge. On the second floor, there is the bedroom with a matrimonial bed, desk/studio and wardrobe, plus a big window! Everything is newly renovated. - washing machine - air conditioning - balcony - private entrance - NO WIFI
Modern loft located in the inner city of Camaiore (Lucca), the house is situated in a very quiet courtyard, where there are shops, restaurants and the supermarket is around the corner.
The house is located in the main street of Camaiore where there are shops, restaurants, banks, a public swimming pool and bus stations. It is only 8km from the beaches, 12 km from Forte dei Marmi, 25 km Lucca, 30 km Pisa, 90 km Florence. More information: Camaiore is a very quiet area, close to the hills, cooler in summer, but not far from the sea. Getting around: Around the house there are many parks, some are for a fee (from 8.00 to 20.00 except Sunday), some are just for residents, others are free. I will be available to give you directions to the free parkings. There is a bus stop at 300 mt, near the house.
