Very comfortable apartment in a popular neighborhood 100 meters from Principe Station and Metro Principe, 5 minutes walk from the maritime station. area served by two supermarkets, bars, bakeries, shops. Located in the Genoese condominium, with two flights of stairs. of 10 steps each. The apartment has been furnished with modern, very youthful design pieces, suitable for a couple or 4 people if you use the comfortable sofa bed. Climate control, thick walls provide coolness even in summer, fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly.
Passion for tourism, travel and outdoor life. I love the mountains, I don't tolerate the sea too much. I love mountain biking, skiing, walking in the mountains, exploring cities, creating low-cost but top-notch holidays. Food? I want to taste everything.
The neighborhood is typical of the center of Genoa. Multi-ethnic and lively, working-class neighborhood a stone's throw from Principe Station and the Granarolo rack railway.
