The apartment is located in a private building, with no reception, so it is necessary to make an appointment for key collection and check-in. It is therefore helpful to know your arrival time as soon as possible, in order to organize ourselves in the best possible way. After receiving the reservation we will contact you in the Booking chat to provide you with information about your stay and to organize the meeting. In case of any problem during the stay please contact us, we will be happy to help you to try to make your stay perfect :) - Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards, but if the apartment is ready in advance we will be happy to welcome you before. - In case of arrivals past 23:00 guests must pay (upon arrival) an additional 20euro cash, no check in is allowed after 1:30(am). - Check-out time is until 11:00, in case there are no guests arriving on the same day you can leave your luggage in the apartment for a few hours, otherwise we will provide a safe place to leave them for free.
