The Masseria Mattiani is an ancient country house documented since the XVII centyry and restored according the original architectural style of the Masserie in Salento. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a large lounge with ancient fireplaces. The house is surrounded by a large fruit garden and an olive field with fence, the house is reflected in a pond in front of an ancient olive mill with a wood burning oven available for country banquets. Surveillance service.The nearest town is Campi Salentina - 1,5 km - where are available all services like supemarket, bar, restaurant, hospital, police, autorental. The house is on the ground floor, accessible for disabled. External doors with iron gratings and mosquito net, to sleep in safety and to enjoy the chilliness of the night. The house is available in every period of the year. It is very good for families and groups of friends which love to have a big and quiet country house at own exclusive disposal (no others guest during your stay).
