The apartment is a characteristic Apulian house with star-shaped vaults. It has been completely renovated, combining modern comforts such as air conditioning, double-glazed windows, key card access, and so on, with an appearance that enhances its beauty and historic value.
If you love waking up in the morning, stepping out of the house and finding yourself facing a beautiful stretch of sea, taking a relaxing stroll in the morning sun, and enjoying a delicious breakfast in one of the many lovely cafés all within easy reach, facing the sea, this is the perfect home for you. Furthermore, on September 5, 6, and 7, 2025, the patron saint's day of San Teodoro will take place. The entire waterfront will be filled with stalls, rides, sandwich shops, music, fireworks, and much more, along with lively people strolling. This event takes place every year on the first weekend of September. Staying at Maredì means you'll be right at the center of it all, until you decide to settle in and enjoy the peace and quiet afforded by the new, custom-designed windows.
