Detached house with two independent three-room apartments: Alta Marea on the ground floor and Bassa Marea slightly exposed. Bassa Marea has a double entrance and an equipped outdoor area. The interior has a well furnished open space living room, with sofa and TV and a kitchen complete with everything you need. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, one double and the other two with single beds. Finally, a bathroom complete with all services. It should be noted that near the entrance there is a further service bathroom with washing machine and, also here, an external shower. Mosquito nets in each window. Convenient outdoor parking. The beach is within walking distance. Alta Marea, on the ground floor, has a double entrance: one at the front with a small but comfortable balcony furnished with a comfortable outdoor sitting area and the other at the side where you can eat outside. The interior has a large open space living room, well furnished with sofa and TV and equipped with an excellent kitchen complete with everything you need. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, one double and the other two with single beds. From the two bedrooms you can access the furnished Free cancellation as indicated here on Booking. In case of cancellation within the terms, the deposit paid will be refunded. Only bank commissions will be retained in the event of a deposit payment by credit/debit card equal to a maximum of 2% of the amount paid.
