It boasts a large open-plan living room that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining room, and living area, which leads to a large, furnished terrace. There are also two spacious bedrooms: a double and a single (the latter with the option of converting to a double). Both are well-appointed with a large closet, dresser, and bedside tables. One has a window, and the other offers convenient access to the terrace. The interior is completed by a furnished ante-bathroom containing towels, bath sheets, bath mats, etc. This hallway leads to both the main bathroom (equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet, and bidet) and the laundry area complete with a washing machine, ironing board, and sink.

The apartment is located in a quiet hamlet of the ancient historic village of Morrovalle. Despite this, it is well served by supermarkets, bakeries, pizzerias, bars and Pegaso Park equipped for children, with fitness facilities, swimming pool and dog area. Well connected by the highway through which it is possible to reach the sea which is only 10km away, the national park of the Sibillini mountains about 40km away, the Sanctuary of the Holy House of Loreto (35km), Lake Fiastra, the Lame Rosse and much more. The train station is 1 km away and Ancona Falconara airport is 60km away.
