The recently renovated De Neri apartment is located in the heart of Florence, a few minutes walk from the wonderful Uffizi Gallery and the majestic Duomo. For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2) Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 EUR. 4) Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 EUR. 5) Cadastral survey 80 EUR. 6) Stamp duties 32 EUR. For last minute bookings for the same day, waiting times for check-in may increase up to an hour based on arrival time and internal organization.
