Just a few minutes from the Duomo, Piazza Grande and just 100 meters from Massimo Bottura's La Francescana restaurant, this house is surrounded by supermarkets, shops, restaurants, historic sites and bars. Ideal for any type of traveler, it offers multiple beds with 2 Queen-Size beds and a comfortable sofa, perfect for both groups of friends and large families. Thanks to the affordable price, it is also an excellent choice for single travelers or couples. Each room guarantees air conditioning and privacy. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower, complete sanitary ware, hairdryer, backlit mirror and Welcome Kit with shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, Lavazza coffee machine and everything you need for cooking. Both bedrooms are bright and welcoming, with large wardrobes, one of which has internal lighting. The living room offers a Samsung 4K TV with Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and a 5.1 Surround system, ensuring relaxation and entertainment. Located on the third floor without a lift, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. A large public car park is just 100 metres away.

In addition to being within walking distance of the Duomo and every point of interest, it is 100 meters from Massimo Bottura's 3-Michelin-starred La Francescana restaurant. The neighborhood is located in the heart of Modena and is one of the most historic and safe in the entire city. Just below the apartment is one of Modena's historic bars, Bar Cesare, where you can have a great breakfast or a drink in the evening.
