Very bright house, renovated and furnished by an architect. On the ground floor: living room opening onto the garden with large sliding windows, sofa and smart TV, kitchen with all appliances, bathroom; a staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a double bed, a work / study corner and another bathroom; the first floor leads to the mezzanine with two single beds Professional wifi for smart working Good point to reach all the areas of interest of Lake Maggiore The town (Sangiano) is small but offers many services (pharmacy, pastry shop, pizzeria, bakery, food and take-away dishes)
