A beautiful, completely renovated 120 sqm flat, located on the second floor with lift, Lungarno is suitable for large families or groups of friends (up to 8 persons). It consists of three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two bunk beds, a large and bright living room with a double sofa bed, two complete bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (crockery, traditional and microwave oven, toaster, kettle), as well as a dining table perfect for convivial moments. The environment is completed by a splendid terrace overlooking the Arno River where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation. The flat is equipped with numerous comforts, including a washing machine, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, TV, hot/cold air conditioning and other details that make it ideal also for long stays.

Neighbourhood information

The Lungarno flat is located in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Florence, just a few metres from the Lungarni and at the foot of the Piazzale Michelangelo hill, which can be easily reached by car or, via a monumental flight of steps dating back to the 19th century, on foot. The area is easy to reach both on foot and by public transport, and is very quiet and cosy, also thanks to the numerous restaurants that can be found there. In addition, jogging enthusiasts can practice it on the beautiful banks of the Arno, which are suitably equipped to allow for sporting activity.
