Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centralissima, nel cuore di Piazza Pomposa. Questa è una prestigiosa residenza affacciata sulla piazza più suggestiva di Modena e sui giardini della casa dello scrittore Ludovico Antonio Muratori. Avrete a disposizione un pass gratuito per accedere e parcheggiare in centro storico per tutta la durata del vostro soggiorno. Loris and Anna's House è una grande residenza situata al terzo piano che si trova proprio di fronte al museo e ai giardini muratoriani. Vi accoglie un ampio ingresso da cui accederete al sontuoso salone di oltre 45 mq. con una vista unica ed incantevole sulla piazza e sui tetti della città. Nel salone troverete una cucina completamente attrezzata, un grande salotto.... La casa è dotata di due bagni, uno per gli ospiti ed uno en suite di pertinenza della camera padronale, una camera singola con due letti a castello e due divani letto nel salone. Il parquet autentico, restaurato e recuperato ed i soffitti alti quasi 4 metri, oltre alla vista mozzafiato, donano a questa residenza un'aura inconfondibile e nostalgica. Avrete a disposizione il terrazzo panoramico condominiale sul tetto dell'edificio da cui si gode una vista unica sulla Ghirlandina ed i tetti di Modena antica. Avrete a disposizione alcune biciclette.
