Two-room apartment on the ground floor with private garden, a double bedroom 200cm long, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The apartment has air condition with underfloor heating and has free Wi-Fi. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people and is equipped with sheets and towels.

We are Luca and Martina, a young couple aged 30 and 25 and we live a few kilometers from the apartment.

We are in a very quiet residential area, 400 meters from the sea and 600 meters from the center of Fiumicino and the banks of the Tiber River where you will find lot of nice restaurants overlooking the river, bars, ice cream shops, pizzerias, fish take-aways, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and any necessary service. Just 4 minutes walk from the apartment you will find the bus stop which in 7/10 minutes will take you to the airport terminals. Here you can take the fast train which in just 25 minutes will take you to Termini Station, the main train station of the city of Rome, in the center of the eternal city. If you don't want to take the bus, you can reach the airport in 5 minutes by taxi.
