The elegant newly built property offers its customers a service treated with courteous treatment, simple and family to make your stay enjoyable study, work or relax. The small apartment of 30 square meters is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance room with sofa and kitchen, one bedroom with double bed or 2 individual beds and 1 bathroom, all equipped with every comfort, is suitable to accommodate 2/3 people for short periods.
