The house consists of two completely independent apartments with entrances on opposite sides. Access to Bianca's apartment is from the garden level and thus from the ground floor. On this floor there is a large laundry room and storage room. A staircase leads to the second floor where the apartment is located. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, bathroom with shower. The apartment follows the rustic style of the house, but in its simplicity it is well equipped and functional. wifi included, linens and towels included, pets are welcome! The garden surrounds the house on three sides and is for the exclusive use of Bianca's apartment guests as is the parking lot. The entire apartment, garden, and laundry area are for the exclusive use of guests.

I live on the upper floor and have separate access from the back of the house. Because of work I am out of the house most of the day. For anything I can always be reached by phone. I do my best to welcome guests personally, but when I am unable to do so, a self check-in can be arranged.

Cossogno is a village surrounded by greenery and tranquility, with historical points of interest such as the church of Inoca and the Roman Bridge. The village also offers excellent starting points for beautiful hikes in the Val Grande National Park. It is possible to reach the lake and the city center in 10 minutes by car (8 km). In the village there is an excellent Osteria, a minimarket, the post office, and the pharmacy.
