Although not far from the city center, the neighborhood turns out to be very convenient, because thanks to the bus (with a stop a few meters from the house) in a few minutes you will be directly in the center area, being the road all flat if you want you can reach the center of Genoa on foot without having to use the means. Identification must be completed before accessing the accommodation, through one of the following methods: a real-time video call or by sending an identification video. Digital identification is mandatory and a necessary condition for access. Security deposit and handling fees: Prior to arrival at the property, a security deposit of EUR 250.00 must be paid in advance via Credit Card (through a “Stripe” payment link). A fixed handling fee of EUR 7.80 may apply, which will be withheld at the time of the refund. The Guest may pay this amount directly to the Property (by credit card), or if preferred, the amount may be withheld at the time of the refund for convenience. The security deposit will therefore be refunded net of any deductions for handling fees or damages. On the day of check-out, the Guest must provide their bank account details to the Host exclusively via the Booking. com chat, in order to receive the refund. Once the refund request has been initiated by the Host, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited to the Guest’s bank account.

The street is full of services, such as supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, tobacconists ... The neighborhood is known for the important presence of the Luigi Ferraris stadium, which is located a few minutes from the apartment. Just 5 minutes by car we find the entrance to the motorway, where you can reach the Ligurian Riviera to spend a day.
