Located 300 metres from the lake promenade in Como, Il Vicolo offers modern-style apartments in a historic building. WiFi is free in each apartment. The air-conditioned apartments have a kitchenette with dishwasher and seating area with sofa and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom is complete with a spacious shower. Some apartments feature views of the city. A supermarket and various cafes and restaurants are located within 500 metres of Il Vicolo. Como Train Station, located 400 metres away, offers connections with Milan where the Expo 2015 takes place. The property is 30 metres from Piazza Duomo and a 15-minute drive from the Swiss border.

"Il Vicolo" was born from an old family house, from the end of the 1700s, completely renovated, in order to allow spacious and modern apartments. The furniture has been chosen directly by us, with care and love, so that guests can feel at home and have all the comforts that make them feel at ease. An elevator has been built for guests. All apartments are equipped with free fiber optic WI-FI, a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV. The apartments provide for the free supply of sheets, duvets, towels and in some large multilingual libraries. The building is located in a quiet street and has soundproofed windows. Added to this are now the apartments in via Albertolli 22, facing the lake, in the most beautiful, important and central square of Como, 150 meters from the Duomo from which you can enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. In our apartments we consider it important to provide not only a friendly environment, where one can feel at home, but also to provide all the information for daily life (shops, restaurants, supermarkets, markets), on what to see (architectural beauties, panoramic) and best ways and times to reach them, without ever invading privacy, which we believe is a precious asset. If you don't have information about the place or time to look for it, we can plan with you which privileged visits, where to find a nearby parking space, locate a good hairdresser, a good restaurant, a quality Happy Hours, a place of entertainment or an exciting show ... up to an evening at the Casino.
