The apartments are only 50 meters from the sea and have a bus stop right in front. In 15 minutes by bus you can reach the center of Cogoleto and the station. The Conad and Ekom supermarkets are nearby: Conad is 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, while Ekom is 3 minutes by car or 26 minutes on foot. NB: The building does not have a lift, to reach Salvia and Timo you have to climb about 30 steps, and to reach Menta there are about 50 steps. But the view is worth the climb!
