Located in the middle of "Borgo Marinaro" in Avola, one step away from the place that used to be the beating heart of our city, "La Tonnara di Avola", you can find our sea view apartment on the first floor of a family house. Composed of three big bedrooms that can host six people. Two of the rooms with air conditioning and the other two with ceiling fan, a big living room with a 180° view of the garden and the sea, a big kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, washing machine and a wonderful veranda where you can enjoy yourself and relax with the sound of the sea in the background and the sea breeze that touch kindly your skin. Our structure allows the guests to park their cars inside the private property. Once you will go out from the property, and cross the street you will be right away on the beach and your holiday will officially start in the best way ever.
Welcome to "Il Mare di Ciccio". We are Ciccio's grandchildren, Francesco and Erminia. We inherited this lovely sea view house from our grandpa and we decided to transform it into a holiday house to share this beauty and fortune with our guests. He used to spend most of his time on the amazing veranda, looking at the sea and telling us stories about his full life, and asking us:" Did I do something good to create this right?". Yes, Nonno, you did! We can't wait to welcome our guests. Many greetings and see you soon!
Avola is a magic place, where the time seems to be stopped because of its pureness and genuineness. With an esagonal shape of the city center, execellent products such as almonds (Pizzuta di Avola) and red wine "Nero d'Avola" and the location that allows tourists to easily go to Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi, Vendicari and other cities, our city is the perfect place to stay in! And do not forget about our incredible culinary culture.. made of salty and sweety delicacies. Try it to believe it!!
