Finely restored Tuscan barn with exclusive swimming pool, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves with a relaxing panorama. Excellent tranquility, even if the property is not isolated. Parking within the property. Access through 800 mt of dirt road. The beautiful, enclosed garden of 1500 square meters includes the relaxation area with an oval-shaped swimming pool (8x4 -1.1 meters depth), a veranda with table equipped for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners, portable barbecue and games for children. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. The barn has been completely renovated a few years ago keeping its original charm intact. All electrical and water systems are recently installed. The raised gr. floor opens onto a large and bright living room with fireplace, a dining area and equipped kitchen. On the same floor there is a corridor leading to a private bathroom with shower and a double bedroom (on the gr. floor there is a wardrobe while the bed is located in the mezzanine accessible by a steep staircase) From the living room an internal staircase leads to the lowered ground floor, consisting of a large corridor with access to the outside, 2 double bedrooms both with private bathroom with shower. From this floor there is also access to the SPA consisting of a sauna, Turkish bath, massage bed, relaxation area with beds and pillows and a complete bathroom with shower. From the Spa you can access the fourth bedroom equipped with a double sofa bed, and from here you can access the fully equipped laundry room. The farmhouse is equipped with air conditioning (EUR 15/day, available on the raised gr. floor and in the room with mezzanine) and fans (in the rooms on the lower gr. floor) The price also includes the supply of linen (changed weekly) and the use of the SPA. Possibility of domestic help, shopping service, concierge service, cooking classes and babysitter.

Activities and Distances We are in the heart of the Sienese countryside, a few kilometers from Radicondoli and Casole d'Elsa, with all kinds of shops and the weekly market in the square. All the other towns, Montecastelli Pisano, Colle Val d'Elsa San Gimignano, and Siena are easily reachable by car. Thanks to its position, there are numerous activities that the surrounding area can offer: nature reserves, castles. Possible visits and tastings in the farms and cellars of the area. The sea can be reached in an hour by car.
