This apartment is finely furnished and is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in the city. Prior to check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations. Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents, pay the tax and sign the contract through the Guest Portal. This procedure is used by us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy (information on the official website of alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato). Checking into our apartments is from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. For check-ins beyond 10 p.m. until 11 p.m. there is an extra charge of 25 euros. beyond 11 p.m. it will cost 40 euros until 00.30 a.m. Beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of violation will be charged an amount of 200 Euro. Animals are not allowed. The crib is provided only upon explicit request at an extra cost of 20 euros In the apartment it is not possible to organize parties or smoking. Care must be taken in the building not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night.
