This recently reconstructed cottage is about 600 metres from the center of Montescudaio. It is reached by a tarmacked road. The last 150 metres are an unsurfaced road which leads via a gate to the house's covered car parking area. The mainhouse and the single cottage have 3 admirably restructured apartments with independent entrances on different sides of the houses. Each apartment has its own garden with covered terrace, table, chairs, deckchair and barbecue. Communal laundry room with washing machine. Big swimming pool (12x6 m) with garden furniture!
