L'alloggio è situato in una zona centrale della città, al 1° piano di una palazzina con portineria, ben servito da servizi di ogni genere, recentemente ristrutturato, ben arredato, dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un breve viaggio sia per lavoro che per svago che per necessità di altro genere. A due passi dal centro cittadino, dall'ospedale civile e dall'Icot, nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari e non, nonché fermata dell'autobus e parcheggi liberi.
Mi piace quando possibile accogliere gli ospiti personalmente per dare loro più informazioni possibili sia sull'alloggio che sulla città e zone limitrofe in generale, al fine di consentire loro di orientarsi più facilmente sia dentro che fuori casa... per il resto lascio la massima libertà, ma resto disponibile per ogni altra informazione e/o evenienza
Quartiere centrale, vicino l'ospedale Santa Maria Goretti e l'ICOT, ben servito da strutture commerciali e da servizi di ogni genere, a pochi passi dal centro della città, da Piazza San Marco e da Piazza del Popolo, dalla via dei pub, a pochi chilometri dal mare, che si può raggiungere anche in bici pedalando sulla pista ciclabile che vi arriva direttament
