Nestled near the border between Tuscany and Umbria, this 2-bedroom family farmhouse for 6 pax is part of a small family farm where wine and oil are produced around the house. The owners live on the upper floor and offer delightful wine tours to local vineyards. - If necessary because of the climate, GAS for heating in winter has to be paid on the spot. - The Caution Deposit - RSD (Refundable Security Deposit) EUR 200 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. - A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required for under 21 years old groups. - Please note: Check-in is 4/8 pm; Check out 8/10 am. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed. - 1 cot and 1 highchair available for free. - City tax to be paid on the spot: EUR 0,80 per pax per day - until 5 days - up to 12 years old are exempt. - outside parking place reserved. - Heating charges: 15 Euro per night to be paid locally on-site. - The owner occupies the upper floor of the retreat. However, the pool is for the exclusive use of the guests.
