Both Cividale and Aquileia are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Palmanova, whose name means "palm trees" in Friulian dialect, is just 20 minutes away by car. Its imposing fortress is shaped like a nine-pointed star, which is why the town is known as "the city of stars". The star fortress of Palmanova has also been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2017. From this accommodation, you can also travel to Trieste and Venice, which can be reached both by car and by train. The king of Friuli's rivers, the Tagliamento, is only 12 kilometres away and is ideal for swimming. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
