The 'Kaltern' holiday apartments, measuring 65 m², were built in 2021 and consist of: - A separate double bedroom, - A spacious living area with a pull-out double sofa bed and an additional sofa (side sleeper for 1 person), - A large bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and soap dispenser, - A well-equipped kitchenette with fridge and integrated freezer, four induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, dishes including all cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave as well as coffee and espresso machine, - A large terrace with private garden and wonderful south-facing views over South Tyrol (equipped with sun loungers, parasol and dining table). The apartment is furnished with new furniture and offers two flat-screen TVs (satellite TV) as well as free internet access (Wi-Fi). Towels, bed linen and dish towels are provided and included in the price. On 65 m², between 2 and 5 people can stay comfortably. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
