Holiday home, very well maintained and cosy, 3 minutes by car from the village and the ski lifts. Ski area Breuil-Cervinia-Zermatt-Valtournenche. With flat, which is only rented with the whole house. From the house it is a 10 minute walk to the village. New mattresses and duvets, high quality towels, high quality new crockery, wine glasses etc. Everything fully equipped, fully equipped kitchen, fully automatic coffee machine from De Longhi for espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato etc.. Open fireplace. 3 bathrooms, two of them new, and a guest WC. 3 parking spaces directly at the house. Ski cellar with ski boot heater and glove warmer. Terrace, garden with dining table and deckchairs
3 minutes by car to the shops, restaurants and lift station. 10 min walk into the village There is a car park for 3 cars behind the house.
