Delightful and relaxing three-room apartment of 90 square meters with PARKING SPACE / VAN in a guarded garage, affiliated and on request, for a fee. Located in the Palalpitour area, Santa Rita, on the 2nd floor. 50 meters from the bus stop to reach the Porta Nuova and Porta Susa stations in a few stops. From the Lingotto station you can easily reach us in 10/15 minutes on foot. At 700 you can reach the Palalpitour, the Municipal Stadium and the large park of Piazza darmi in addition to the central offices of Fiat at 500 meters. I will be at your complete disposal for a pleasant welcome. PLEASE NOTE: Please note that with the occupation of 2 guests, the use of the sofa bed will be possible with a supplement of FORTY EUROS per day. -BEDROOM with double bed, Smart TV, wardrobe, armchair, split A / C, chest of drawers; -LIVING ROOM with comfortable double sofa bed 160x200 cm, TV, desk with chair, 2 comfortable armchairs, split A/C, access to the balcony. -KITCHEN with dishwasher and induction hob, dining table with chairs, fridge and freezer, espresso machine, microwave oven, manual juicer, various kitchen utensils, access to the balcony; -BATHROOM with energy-saving electric boiler L 80, with bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink; At the moment the bidet does not provide hot water. The bathroom window does not have a mobile shutter. -2 BALCONIES.
