Elegant apartment in a quiet and very central area in the center of Noventa di Piave just 10 minutes walk from the MC Arthur Glen outlet. Convenient connection under the house to the public transport network for Venice. Fast wifi connection, ideal for smartworking. You will find yourself in a strategic position to visit Venice, Jesolo, Caorle, Bibione, Treviso and the Outlet but in the tranquility of a small centre. You'll love relaxing while watching the 50" tv equipped with Netflix.
Pleasure! I'm Cristiana. I love travelling, meeting new people, taking long walks in nature. I will have the pleasure of helping you to spend a comfortable stay.
You can park 200 meters from the house in the free car park (river area) or in the adjacent streets: there is no problem finding a space. Under the house there are parking lots with white lines, free of charge, but with the obligation to display the 30-minute parking disc, which is convenient for unloading your suitcases. Nearby you will find bars, restaurants, shops, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Downstairs you will find yourself immersed in the center of Noventa di Piave where you can taste delicious fish and meat dishes and sip an aperitif right next to your home. All services are within walking distance.
