The structure is unique for its position within the small town of Lucugnano located along the Lecce-Santa Maria di Leuca line; we are in fact at the entrance of Capo di Leuca in a strategic crossroads to reach in 15 minutes the coast both on the Adriatic side and on the Ionian and the same marina of Santa Maria di Leuca, a tourist destination now known in Italy for constituting the extreme edge southeast of the peninsula. The summer vacation can be enlivened both by excursions to the beach on the Ionian side, reaching Lido Marini, Pescoluse and by the rocky and fascinating Adriatic coast. The accommodations, within a single property, consist of two buildings built according to tradition in local tuff and stone that make the airy rooms that overlook a green garden with large outdoor spaces and barbecue cool in summer and warm in the colder season while the access to the terrace (La Palma) will allow you to enjoy the long summer days,

The village of Lucugnano is known for the presence of the historic restaurant "Iolanda", unique in the preparation of "gnommareddhi", typical lamb rolls and other local specialties. The village also has several shops of traditional local artistic ceramics, a baronial palace and the castle with its gardens, locations used for alfresco dining always by "Iolanda". The location of the structure will also allow you to reach the surrounding countryside in a network of intercommunal streets with a few steps for your possible walks in the morning among the endless expanses of olive groves and Mediterranean acchia. We recommend that you reach the nearby village of Specchia by car, one of the most beautiful in Italy, located on the foothills of the Salento greenhouses, especially for the historic village, for the evening musical events, for the presence of various typical trattorias and the renowned pastry café. Martinucci ice cream shop 1950. A must to visit Tricase, the municipal capital 3 km from the property, a commercial service center, a weekly market on Tuesdays as well as having an interesting tourist attraction with its marinas where you can taste the local fish.
