The closest to the property you can be dropped off by car, cab or bus is Via G. Marconi 164
( State road SS163 ) ; from there you must walk 2 minutes up the street Via Liparlati and make a left walking up 25 stairs. All units of the property have a stunning sea-view ( the bigger apartment has a seaview terrace and the studio a smaller seaview balcony; but exactly the same view) and are very close to the square Piazza Mulini/main beach down through a staircase shortcut, although right out of the confusion and crowds. Or you can avoid steps walking the street to Sponda and making a right down the street.
Or you can catch the local bus opposite the grocery. The property is fully equipped with all comforts and is very close to the mini-market, to the Interno Positano bus stop and the Sita bus stop and to the Path of Gods, so it is highly reccommended for the ones who love trekking.
The square and the beach can be reached in 5/10 minutes walking down the staircase by the grocery and to go back home we suggest you take the comfortable internal bus, which leaves often from the square and stops under the house at the Liparlati-cemetery bus stop (buy tickets on-board or at the tabacchi store).

Liparlati- Saint James
Little known district to the mass tourism of Positano, outside the main circuit known to all, is the so-called district of Liparlati, the "Dead City" of Stefan Andres.
Dead City/ Città Morta the unusual name was born following an event that left the houses of the neighborhood empty. By the fact, it was emptied by the massive emigration at the beginning of 1900, when more than a thousand residents chose to leave in search of fortune towards new lands, following the first effects of the unification of Italy.
This event has allowed Liparlati to preserve its particularly intact architectural heritage.
The evocative walk in the maze of old streets leads to the highest part of the district up to the historic and unusually beautiful cemetery, with an extraordinary position, which contains exceptional testimonies of the presence of famous people in Positano. In the neighborhood is the small church dedicated to St. James which preserves original maioliche and some paintings of the Saint and which is commemorated on July 25 with an evocative neighborhood party at Piazza Bellina.
