The apartment is located near the city center (800m) and is ideally positioned for transportation, just 2 km from Pisa Airport and 1.6 km from the central train station and the Corso Italia promenade, close to the A12 motorway and the FI-PI-LI expressway. Parking is easily available in front of the apartment, and the bus stop for bus no. 5 provides access to all destinations (the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Cisanello Hospital, etc.). Comfort House Pisa is semi-detached as it is located on the ground floor of a three-story building. It also features a large 90 m2 outdoor terrace/courtyard and a private garden with barbecue. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including two 40-inch LED TVs, air conditioning in all rooms, free fiber Wi-Fi (75 Mbps), a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenette with tablecloths, pots and pans, towels, sheets, a hot shower, a hairdryer, a safe with a key, and more. After check-out, you can leave your luggage in a locked storage room near the apartment. Luggage must be picked up the same day before 8:00 PM. I've been managing this apartment since 2019 as a dedicated host and will be present at check-in to provide you with all the necessary information, as well as registering documents and signing the tourist contract. Check-in times other than those indicated can be arranged in advance, including late check-in until midnight. You'll have access to several clean towels for your entire stay, as well as various complimentary items. However, no hotel-style amenities are provided, so you'll need to wash your own linens in the apartment's washing machine or in a coin-operated one nearby. Parties and events are not permitted, and you're kindly requested to smoke on the outdoor terrace or in the garden out of respect for other guests. See you soon!
Pisa is one of the most popular tourist areas in Tuscany in the world. In the neighborhood you will find all the services and useful, such as the bakery, a minimket, a pharmacy, bar and pastry shop, pizzeria etc .. By BUS with stop in front of the structure you can reach other useful services such as supermarkets or move comfortably on the Beach of Marina di Pisa (20km away) or in other cities such as Florence (50 km by car or train).
