The apartments available are studio-apartments, one-bedroom-apartments, and two-bedrooms-apartments, and they all have a living room with sleeping couch, cooking area, private bathroom and balcony. They all have air conditioning and washing machine. The bigger apartments have also a private parking place, the smaller don't, but you can park for free on the street. In some apartments pets are allowed, in some not. ATTENTION: bed-linen, towels and final cleaning not included in the price (they can be reserved separately). Grado Pineta is a periferical area, located 4 km far from the old town centre, to which is linked by a new and well-lighted bicycle lane. The bus stop driving between Pineta and the centre is close to the apartment. The bus leaves every 30 minutes and takes 30 minutes to arrive to the centre; you can buy the tickets at Café Agli Specchi. This area is peaceful and relaxed: there are no discoteques or pubs staying open until late with music. Nevertheless, all the essential services are here: supermarket, bakery, tobacco shop, newsstand, pharmacy, cafés and restaurants. On Sunday's mornings there is the local market in Viale Capricorno. The beach is sandy, with shallow water, perfect for children and for people wanting to sunbathe and relax. The beaches have free entrance, and for our guests it's possible to rent sunbeds and umbrellas with a discounted price.
