Welcome to our lovely Villa Ludovica, located in the exclusive private residence “Punta Molara” (a complex of luxurious independent holiday villas) overlooking Tavolara and Molara islands. Situated in the natural bay of San Teodoro on the north coast of Sardinia, just 20 minutes driving south from Olbia airport, the “Punta Molara” area is the perfect location to enjoy some of the most beautiful crystal-blue water and white-sand Sardinian beaches including Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Capo di Coda Cavallo, La Cinta, Baia Salinedda, Cala Suaraccia, Salina Bamba, Porto Taverna and Porto Istana.
