Catania Hills Residence offers modern and fully equipped apartments, 3 km from San Gregorio di Catania. Catania’s seaside and city centre is a 15-minute drive away. On site you will find a large garden with swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers. Other services include a modern gym, children's playground and free parking. The design apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, plus a separate living/dining area, equipped with kitchenette, 2 LCD TVs and either sofa beds or single beds. Wi-Fi is free of charge. Residence Catania Hills is right opposite a supermarket and a bus stop which links with Catania’s centre. Set in a quiet residential area, the property is less than 4 km from the A18 motorway.
