In Tarvisio, a cozy 35 sqm studio for 2 guests, located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator (not suitable for disabled persons). Surrounded by greenery, the building offers an open view of the city center, the sports facilities of the Bachmann Institute, and the majestic peaks of Mangart and Picco di Mezzanotte. Absolute tranquility, with no traffic noise and a breathtaking starry sky. Private terrace included.
The internal space is organized as follows:
- KITCHENETTE (equipped with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen utensils) and a dining table;
- SLEEPING AREA with a double sofa bed, wardrobe, and TV;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- TERRACE with a small table and two chairs.

Central heating with valves and a hairdryer.
