Property for exclusive use Casale la Monta is in the Chianti hills, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves. The house is not isolated but is still very calm and private. Great view of the surrounding countryside. The house boasts a beautiful fenced garden, with swimming pool (8x4 metres with a depth of 1.2-1.3m) with outdoor shower (hot water), a loggia with a table perfect for outdoor breakfasts, a stonework bbq and children’s games. The entire outdoor area is well-cured and kept. Parking within the property. The farmhouse has been completely renovated just a few years ago, whilst maintaining its original charm. The property still features typical rustic features (wood beams on the ceilings). All the devices and appliances have been installed recently. The gr. floor leads to a large, bright living room with sat TV, ceiling fan and fireplace, divided by an arch from the dining room, with direct access to the equipped cooking area and to a small washing room. The entrance leads to 3 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower. An indoor staircase leads to the 1st floor which has a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms, mosquito screens on all the windows and parking within the property. There is an occupied apartment on a lower floor with no contact with the farmhouse. A charging point for electric cars may be requested (at a fee). The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly). Heating is to pay upon consumption EUR 6 per cubic meter. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are extra hours of hired help, shopping service, cook, cookery courses, babysitter.

Activities and distances The property is in the heart of the Chianti area, just a few kilometres from Greve in Chianti, with its many shops and weekly market in the main square. Other towns such as Panzano in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda are all easy to reach by car. Florence is about a half hour’s drive away, and Siena can be reached via the Strada Chiantigiana, which is famous for its breathtaking views of Chianti. San Gimignano is also not far. We suggest visiting and tasting the products of the local wine cellars and farms, some of the best in Tuscany.
