The heart of the house is the covered patio with spectacular sea views: a perfect spot for outdoor dining or relaxing to the sound of the waves. The sleeping area is spread over two levels: • Mezzanine floor: a private and cozy double bedroom. • Upper floor: a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a desk, as well as another double bedroom with two single beds. On this floor, there is also a main bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, ideal for relaxing. The house is located directly on the beach: just step outside, and your feet are in the sand—no roads to cross, the beach is truly at your doorstep! The stunning beaches, both free and serviced, are literally within arm’s reach. Situated in the heart of the picturesque pedestrian village of Varigotti, the house is just a short stroll from restaurants, shops, and all essential services. For those arriving by car, free parking is available about 300 meters away, and on request, a private garage for two cars can be reserved for an additional fee.
