The house consists of a central room with a vaulted roof in which you will find a double bed, a single sofa bed, a study area and a small dining area. Completing the house is a kitchenette complete with all appliances, a bathroom with a shower stall and a service area (through which you will be able to access the terrace) in which there is a laundry area. In the winter months the house is heated by a pellet stove. From the terrace you can overlook the ravines, see the setting sun and be able to admire, on fine days, the sea of the gulf.
Of Apulia origin, Cosimo and Rosanna have lived with Leo in Bologna for 15 years. They often return to Puglia where they have realized their little dream of a vacation home.
The house is located in the borgo Santi Medici, situated in the historic center of the municipality of Massafra. Massafra is located in a strategic point that allows you to quickly reach the Itria Valley (Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino), Taranto with its magnificent gulf, and the well-known Matera. At about 80 kilometers you will find Bari and at 120 the splendid Lecce
