Just outside the picturesque harbour of Porto Rotondo lies the Casa Penthouse holiday home, which is part of a complex of 6 independent villas. The Sardinian style holiday home is located on the 1st floor and has beautiful furnishings in turquoise and blue as well as cosy wooden elements. The studio apartment consists of a well-equipped outdoor kitchen as well as 2 electric hotplates in the living space which is equipped with a sleeping area (with a double bed) as well as a bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 2 people. The child-friendly holiday home also has air conditioning, a TV, a cot and a highchair (the latter 2 on request). The highlight of the accommodation is the large outdoor area of the complex. Here you will find a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, peacocks and turtles. Spend great hours here and let yourself be consumed by the relaxed atmosphere. There is also a large shared pool that guests have access to for an additional fee (open from April 5th to September 30th), which glows in 7 different colours, and a private terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals and end the evening with a glass of wine. Due to the ideal location outside the hustle and bustle of Porto Rotondo, absolute privacy is guaranteed and you can reach the centre within a few minutes by car. Here you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The sandy beach Spiaggia di Marinella is 3 km away. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (upon request, for an extra charge). Bed linens and towels are included in the price and are changed once every 3 days. Wi-Fi is not available. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
